|-|Vitally Cherenkov is currently the full professor of the Marketing Department in Graduate School of Management ( GSOM), St. Petersburg State University ( Russia).[[File:cherenkov_auto_auto.jpg|thumb]] Prior to joining the GSOM, he served on the faculty of Saint- Petersburg State University of Economics and Finances. He obtained a Diploma Specialist's degree as a radioengineer from Leningrad Aircraft Engeneering Institute ( Leningrad, 1970), a Ph.D. in Economics from Leningrad Finance and Economics Institute ( Leningrad, 1983), and a Grand Ph.D. in International Economics, Business, and Marketing from Saint- Petersburg State University of Economics and Finances ( Saint- Petersburg, 2004). His research has been published in a number of academic journals including .. . His primary research interests includes the fit among international marketing management, innovation phenomenon, hi-tech marketing and management, global marketing environment, general theory of marketing, and theory and practices of scientific English- Russian translation. He has taught at the bachelor's, masters' and Ph. D. levels on international operations, international marketing management, basic marketing, international business, and international logistics. |+|
